Rocky Road Icecream 2- 14oz cans of Sweetened condensed milk 1 cup cocoa 4 cups Heavy Whipping cream 2 cups Light cream 2 tbs vanilla extract 1 cup Almonds 2 cups mini marshmellows In medium saucepan under low heat, cook and stir condensed milk and cocoa together until smooth and slightly thickened (approx 5 minutes) Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Stir heavy cream, light cream, and vanilla together into mixture and refridgerate till cold. Pour mixture into canister and freeze in icecream maker. Halfway into freezing process add almonds and marshmellows.
