M&M Icecream 7.5 eggs beaten 3 (12 oz) Evaporated milk 12 oz Heavy cream 1.5 (14oz) sweetened condensed milk 2 1/4 cups white sugar 1 3/4 tsp vanilla extract 1 small box instant vanilla pudding 6 cups cold milk 3 cups mini M&M's In medium saucepan under low heat, cook and stir condensed milk, eggs, sugar, evaporated milk together until smooth and slightly thickened (approx 5 minutes) Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Stir heavy cream, light cream, vanilla, pudding mix, and cold milk together into mixture and refridgerate till cold. Pour mixture into canister and freeze in icecream maker. Halfway into freezing process add M&Ms.
