Zuccini Crisps Take large zuccini, cut into strips approximatly 3/8" - 1/2" thick Lay flat on baking sheet, ideally on rack on baking sheet Brush with egg Spread crushed saltines over top of zuccini Cover with shredded cheddar cheese Sprinkly liberally with italian seasonings, salt, pepper Spray or drizzle with olive oil Bake in 375 degree oven till cheese is crispy
