1 box cornbread mix
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream corn
1 can whole corn

make sure to drain the whole corn

cook at 325-350 for 1.5-2 hours - check periodically for doneness - this cooks incredibly slowly

untested, but if doubling, may want to go with 3 boxes of cornbread and an extra egg?
