Weekend Waffles

1 cup flower 
3 tsp baking powder
1 TBSP sugar
1/4 tsp salt 
3 eggs seperated
1 cup milk 
4 TBSP oil
1 tsp vanilla
In large bowl, whisk together floui, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Set aside. Beat egg white until stiff. Add milk and egg yolks to
mixture. Stir until smooth. Add oil and vanilla to batter and mix well.
Fold egg whites into the batter. Pour about 2/3 - 3/4 cup into the
middle of the waffle maker. Cooke 5-6 minutes till golden brown.

makes 4-6 waffles
