BROCCOLI CHEESE PIE 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell 1 med. chopped onion 1 tsp. oil 2 1/2 c. broccoli 1 c. grated mild cheddar cheese 1 c. non fat dry milk 3 c. water 3 eggs, beaten 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. pepper Preheat oven to 450 degrees Saute onions and broccoli in oil till tender. In a bowl, blend cornstarch, salt, pepper, oregano, milk and eggs. Pour over broccoli mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 45 minutes until lightly brown and formed. Let stand 10 minutes to cool some before cutting.
